Securing Tent Sidewalls Video

When you’re planning an outdoor winter event, one of the most important aspects of the tent is the heat, specifically keeping the heat inside the tent. Typically, the standard tent walls do a great job. However, wind can play havoc with the walls that hang to the ground. Frame tents with kedered walls don’t normally have this problem, but pole tents can. The best way to solve this problem is to secure the bottom of the tent walls. If you’re concerned about wind, you can add this option to your order. One way we secure the walls is wood boards under the tent poles. We screw the walls to the boards. This can make the difference between walls that look like this… and walls that look like this in case of a storm. Ask us how we can keep your guests warm and comfortable at your next outdoor tented event.

I've been involved with the family business (Tents For Rent) since I was young. It's been a very good experience. I've enjoyed the work immensely. It's wonderful to be a part of such a great industry.

I began as a tent installer and then grew to manage tent installation crews. After a number of years, I began to move into a sales position. I am now the sales manager and also responsible IT and involved in business decisions and HR.
