"I have no idea what size tent I need." The easiest way to find the tent size you need is to contact us. If you’d rather calculate it on your own you can use this information:

Stand Up Cocktail: 6 square feet per person

Sit Down Dinner: 15 square feet per person

Chairs only: 8  square feet per person

Dance Area: 2  square feet per person

DJ: 100 square feet

We can also help you by creating a CAD drawing to help you visualize how everything will fit into your tent.

When we install tents on asphalt, we can secure them with concrete weights or by driving stakes into the asphalt.

After we remove the stakes, we repair the holes by filling them with crushed stone and topping off the hole with asphalt cold patch.
